Shipping Delays - 2/3 weeks behind schedule

Books at the Factory
To keep you updated, we are currently about 2/3 weeks behind schedule due to delays in manufacturing. We've had a change in project manager at the factory, and this has slowed down the final checks and approval process when printing.
So books are currently at the factory, and due to arrive at the warehouse in the next few weeks.
Fulfilment Timeline
So what does this mean for getting you your rewards?
UK & EU backers will start to receive their rewards nearer the end of September, and North American and Australian backers will receive their rewards at the end of October.
Address Verification from Warehouses
You will be sent an address verification email from our US warehouse (Quartermaster Logistics) or our UK warehouse (Games Quest) prior to sending out your rewards. There will be a link in that email where you can update your address if you need to.
We will do an update here on Kickstarter letting you know exactly when the address verification emails will be sent, this will be sometime in late September or early October depending on your location.

Shipping From Warehouses This Month

Just a quick update to confirm that we are on track to start sending your rewards in September 2024 as originally estimated on the Kickstarter.
It looks as though UK & EU backers will receive their rewards nearer the beginning of September, and North American and Australian backers will receive their rewards at the end of September or early October. (This is due to shipping time from factory to warehouses, as we are manufacturing in Europe).
Fulfilment Timeline
The manufacturing stage of proofing files etc. has been taking place throughout July. We always pad extra time into our schedule to allow for this, so we are still on track.
We expect shipping from factory to warehouses this month in August, we are confirming the exact date with our manufacturer.
Books should arrive at warehouses in August, and we will then send out to backers throughout September.

We finalised the order with the printer, and closed the backerkit, last month in June.
We are now in the manufacturing stage proofing files etc. We expect shipping from factory to warehouses later this month.
Books should arrive at warehouses in July and August, and we will then send out to backers throughout August and September.

Surveys will close Friday 14th June and this will be the date cards are charged for any add-ons you choose.
You’ve been sent an email today with your unique link to your BackerKit survey for the Planestrider's Journal, to check all the details are correct, and give you a last chance to update any details.
Accessing Your Backerkit Account
You don’t need to create a BackerKit account to fill out your survey. When you receive the email with the survey, click the survey link to respond.
Be sure to check your spam folder - and that it is the same email address you use for your Kickstarter account.
If you used your Facebook credentials to log in to your Kickstarter account, the BackerKit survey is sent to the email address you use for your Facebook account.
If you need to review your information or pledge status, you can return to your survey by clicking the link in your survey email or requesting your survey link under "Lost your survey?" on our BackerKit project page at planestriders-journal.backerkit.com

Backerkit Surveys Going Live!
Soon you’ll receive an email from us with a unique link to your BackerKit survey for the Level Up A5E Planestriders Journal!
We have sent surveys to just 5% of backer so far to test everything is working as it should. You can expect your email by this Thursday 23rd May.
After you respond to your survey, you can go back later and change your responses at any time before we close the surveys and get our final counts. Surveys will close June 14th and this will be the date cards are charged for any add-ons you choose.

Below is the complete fulfilment plan for the project. Please note these dates are subject to change, but this is our plan to get you your rewards!
Backerkit Surveys
- May 2024: Backerkit surveys go live. Choose any extra add-ons and give us your address.
- June 2024: Backerkit surveys will be closed. You'll need to complete your survey, we'll do an update for the specific date here on Kickstarter and give you a 48 hours warning via backerkit.
Printing
- June 2024: The order is finalised with the manufacturer and printing begins.
- July 2024: Books are shipped from factory in Europe to warehouses.
