Third Fulfilment Wave Starting - North America and Australia

Fulfilment started for this campaign in September, and is ongoing!
North American Backers
As per our last update, books arrived in Florida on 3rd December last week. And I'm pleased to share they are arriving at our warehouse today!
This means North American backers can expect their rewards in December 2024.
If you are in North America, you'll receive an address verification email from Quartermaster Logistics this weekend (13th to 16th December) confirming your order and delivery address. If you need to update your address, you can do so via this email.
Australian & NZ Backers
Some orders for backers in Australia and New Zealand have been going out already, and the remainder will be leaving the warehouse this week.
Some backers will have received their tracking details from Games Quest instead of VR Distribution.
UK & EU Backers
UK & EU backers have received their books. All books left the warehouse in October.
If you are in the UK or EU and have not received your rewards, please send us a private message with your address so we can check your order.
Print on Demand Items
Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2022, and Captain Cobalt's Chart of Creation Poster Maps arrived separately and in advance of other rewards back in September. The rest of the rewards were being fulfilled by global region as soon as they arrived at ports.

Fulfilment started for this campaign in September, and is going.
Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2022, and Captain Cobalt's Chart of Creation Poster Maps arrived separately and in advance of other rewards back in September. The rest of the rewards are being fulfilled by global region as soon as they arrive at ports.
UK & EU Backers
UK & EU backers have received their other books. All books left the warehouse in October.

North American Backers
As per our last update, books are still expected to arrive in Florida on 3rd December next week.
This means North American backers can expect their rewards in December 2024. We'll do another update in a few weeks once books have cleared customs and arrived in our warehouse.
Quartermaster Logistics are on standby to send out your orders. You'll recieve an address verification email from them over the next few weeks. We'll do another quick update here to let you know exactly when to look out for it.

Hi all, a mixed update for fulfilment this week.
Books have arrived at the UK warehouse, but the North American books were delayed at port due to the recent hurricanes in the US. Let me explain what this means for you and your rewards.
UK & EU Backers
UK & EU backers will start to receive their other books over the next few weeks. We had a slight delay in UK customs, but the books are now at the warehouse and being packed up.
Prior to sending out your rewards, Shipquest will send you an address verification email. You can update your shipping address via this email if you need to. This is likely to be this week or next week depending on your location - so please keep an eye out for email from @questgames.co.uk
North American Backers
The books left the printers and started their journey to the US in early October, but have been waiting at port in Rotterdam for shipping clearance due to backlogs in Florida from port closures caused by the recent hurricanes and port strikes. Today we finally got clearance and have been given a port date in Florida of 3rd December - which is much later than we had expected.
This means North American backers can expect their rewards in December 2024. We are sorry for this delay, but wanted to let you know as soon as we were made aware today.
We’ll keep you informed on any updates for the shipment, when it arrives in the US, and then the warehouse.

So Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2022, and/or the Captain Cobalt's Chart of Creation Poster Map willarrive separately and in advance of your other rewards.
UK & EU Fulfilment
As mentioned in our previous update, UK & EU backers will start to receive their other books rewards this month in October.
Books are due to arrive in the UK next week, and then (subject to customs) arrive in the warehouse the week after.
Ship Quest are on standby to send out your orders. You'll recieve an address verification email from them over the next few weeks. We'll do another quick update here to let you know exactly when to look out for it.
North American Backers
The plan was for the books to leave the warehouse and start their journey to the US next week, arriving end of October in the US.
Those following the news may already be aware of the US ports strike. This is the first complete shut down in 50 years, and has the potential to cause significant delays. We ship from Europe into Florida where our warehouse is based, and Florida ports are also affected.
We expect delays at port getting books to the warehouse due to this disruption. This is sadly out of our control. We are currently estimating November, but we will keep you updates each step of the way and let you know when to expect your rewards.

Print on Demand Orders Going Out!
Captain Cobalt's Chart of Creation Maps and The Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2022 are being printed on demand for this project.
So if you have the Gate Pass Gazette Annual 2022, and/or the Captain Cobalt's Chart of Creation Poster Map as part of your rewards, please note these will arrive separately to your other books.
Fulfilment Timeline
All backers will start to receive their print on demand rewards this month in September.
However, the printers have updated us this week with another delay. We are disappointed by this, and are discussing this with them. This means hardcover books will arrive at warehouses in October, not September like we originally arranged with them.
This means UK & EU backers will start to receive their other books rewards in October, and North American and Australian backers will receive their rewards in late October or early November.
We are sorry for this delay, but wanted to let you know as soon as we were made aware.
